MyFloorSync uses a minimal number of cookies — only what is strictly necessary to operate the service. This policy explains what cookies we set, why we set them, and what we do not do.
By using MyFloorSync, you acknowledge that essential session cookies will be placed on your device. These are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled while you are using the platform.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They are used to remember information between page requests. MyFloorSync only uses server-side session cookies to keep you logged in while you navigate the application.

That's it. MyFloorSync sets exactly one cookie — the standard PHP session cookie — and nothing else.
Cookies We Do NOT Use
We deliberately do not use any of the following:
- Google Analytics or any other analytics/tracking cookies
- Facebook Pixel or other social media tracking
- Remarketing or advertising cookies
- Third-party cookies of any kind
- Persistent login cookies (your session ends when the browser closes)
- Fingerprinting or behavioural profiling scripts
Third-Party Services
MyFloorSync does not embed third-party widgets, social sharing buttons, or external advertising networks on any page that would cause third-party cookies to be placed on your device.
We use the Brevo email delivery service to send transactional emails (such as password reset links and account invitations). This service is server-side only and does not place any cookies in your browser.
Your Choices
Because we only use a single essential session cookie, there is no tracking to opt out of. The PHPSESSID cookie is required for you to log in and use the application. If you block or delete it, you will not be able to stay signed in.
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. Be aware that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from using MyFloorSync.
