Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyFloorSync ("the Service"), you and your organisation ("Tenant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Tenant and MyFloorSync.

Service Description

MyFloorSync is a subscription-based, cloud-hosted production management platform designed for manufacturers. The Service enables Tenants to manage production orders, track floor operations, monitor workforce activities, perform quality control, and coordinate export dispatch — all within an isolated tenant environment. Features and availability may be updated over time.

Account Responsibilities

The Tenant is responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of all data entered into the platform, including employee records, order information, and production data.
  • Managing and securing all sub-user accounts created within their tenant, including setting appropriate roles and permissions.
  • Keeping account credentials confidential and notifying MyFloorSync promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • Ensuring all users within the organisation comply with these Terms.

Subscription & Payments

Access to MyFloorSync requires an active paid subscription. The following conditions apply:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as agreed at time of purchase.
  • Payment Verification: Payments may be subject to manual or automated verification before access is activated or renewed.
  • Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, a grace period of 7 days will apply during which access remains active. After the grace period, the account will be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination and deletion of tenant data per the Privacy Policy.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Data Ownership

The Tenant retains full ownership of all data entered into the platform. MyFloorSync acts solely as a data processor on behalf of the Tenant. We do not claim any ownership rights over your production records, employee data, or any other content you input into the Service. Our data handling practices are further described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

MyFloorSync makes best-effort attempts to maintain platform uptime and stability. At this stage, no guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to Tenant administrators via email or in-platform notice where possible. MyFloorSync is not liable for losses resulting from unplanned downtime or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFloorSync shall not be liable for:

  • Production delays, financial losses, or operational disruptions arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.
  • Loss or corruption of data due to factors outside MyFloorSync's reasonable control, including hardware failures, third-party service outages, or user error.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service.

In all cases, MyFloorSync's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Tenant in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Tenant's subscription at any time. Upon termination:

  • The Tenant's access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period.
  • Tenant data will be retained for 1 year following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • MyFloorSync reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

MyFloorSync reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Tenant administrators will be notified via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
