Introduction

MyFloorSync is a cloud-based production management platform built for manufacturers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you and your organisation use our service. By subscribing to or using MyFloorSync, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

When you use MyFloorSync, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Company & Business Information: organisation name, business contact details, and subscription information provided at registration.
  • User Account Details: names, email addresses, and hashed passwords for all user accounts created within your tenant.
  • Employee & Workforce Records: employee profiles, roles, and workforce data entered by the tenant administrator.
  • Order & Production Data: orders, production floor records, quality control entries, and dispatch data created through the platform.
  • Payment Records: payment confirmation details and subscription billing history (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed via authorised payment methods).

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the MyFloorSync service.
  • Process orders and generate production and export reports for your organisation.
  • Manage your subscription, billing cycle, and account access.
  • Send transactional communications such as payment confirmations and system notices.
  • Diagnose technical issues and ensure platform stability.

Data Storage

All data is stored on secured servers. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants — your organisation's production records, employee data, and orders are not accessible to other subscribers. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your organisation's data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • When required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of MyFloorSync, its users, or the public.

Data Retention

While your subscription is active, your data is retained without limitation. If your subscription is cancelled or terminated, we retain your data for 1 year to allow for reactivation, compliance, and audit purposes (common in garment export relationships). After 1 year, data may be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or extended retention.

Your Rights

As a tenant, you have the right to request an export of all data associated with your organisation, or to request its deletion before the standard 1-year post-cancellation period. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@myfloorsync.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify tenant administrators via email or an in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of MyFloorSync after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
